PUBLICATION ON ‘LEARNING BY DOING – COMPENDIUM OF SCIENCE ACTIVITIES – CLASS VI’

            Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi has published a document ‘Learning by Doing - Compendium of Science activities – class VI.  The document includes wide variety of syllabus related activities including concept-based simple hands-on experiments, games, riddles and crossword puzzles.  The document, which may be used by the teacher as well as the learner, aims at helping the student enjoy learning and have fun and excitement during the learning process.  The contents and approach followed in the document meets the specific pedagagocial requirements of activity-based and learner-centre approach to teaching/ learning  of the subject of science.

            The schools may procure desired number of copies of the document from the Board’s office at Delhi  or  the Regional Office by making payment in the form of demand draft in favour of the Secretary, CBSE.  Outstation requests must also include postal charges.  The document is priced at Rs. 30/-.  Any further information in this regard may be had from Education Officer(Science) at 011-23220155 or email  eoscience@hotmail.com
